The Lake Havasu Museum of History presents its February program taking a look a Arizona’s wine history.
“Vintage Arizona: The Growth, Death and Rebirth of a Local Wine Industry” will examine the story of Arizona wine from the Spanish Colonial period to the present booming wine industry, told by Erik Berg, AZ Humanities speaker.
A wine and cheese reception is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the gym at ASU Colleges at Lake Havasu City, 100 University Way. Non-members are welcome at the reception, but there will be a $5 charge. Museum members can enjoy the reception at no charge.
The program is at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
Membership information will be available at the door. Memberships begin at $25 and provide free admission to museum and museum programs and receptions throughout the year.
